Benny, a Min Pin / Chihuahua mix, was brought to the Keller shelter on Monday by a kind lady who found him wandering near a busy intersection. We were excited to discover he had a microchip but this changed to disappointment when we found out that the phone number was no longer valid. Through detective work we reached the owner, only to discover that she had given the dog away 3 years ago and did not know the name of his new owner. So far nobody has come looking for him and he is waiting patiently for someone to meet him and fall in love. He is a very sweet dog who likes people and behaves well.
